About Me.
Hey, I'm Arin. I'm a developer who also runs a licensed insurance agency, so I'm my own first customer. I built the site that brings in my leads, the Google Ads dashboard that tracks what they cost, and the dialer, CRM, and texting tools my agency sells with.
I bring that same owner's view to client work: a lead-generation site for a Miramar law firm, a site for another insurance agent, and a dispensary site with an owner CMS. I know what it means to need the phone to ring, and that is what I build for.

Designed and launched a Next.js marketing site for a South Florida health-insurance broker at bryanhealthagent.com, with policy and contact pages, a subsidy estimator, a doctor-directory lookup, and Calendly booking.

Built a three-app sales platform (power dialer, CRM, and SMS inbox with drip campaigns) on Next.js, Prisma, Postgres, and Twilio. Two insurance sales teams have used it for about 1,870 calls and 610 texts, with local-presence caller ID, call recording, round-robin routing, and 2FA.

Built the dispensary's original WordPress site in 2024, then restored it into a local Docker environment and rebuilt it in Next.js 16 on Vercel, now live on the client's own domain at marijuanaland.com.

First Family Insurance, Sunrise, FL
Matched health and life insurance policies to individual and family needs through phone, email, and virtual consultations, handling regulated data under HIPAA and CMS rules. During this role I shipped my first production software, arinhealthagent.com: a Django REST backend and Next.js frontend deployed with Docker to AWS Elastic Beanstalk for lead intake, household capture, and quote requests. I owned the architecture, deployment, and maintenance, and later rebuilt it on Next.js and Vercel.
